For firms placing executives

Operator, not a closer who got promoted.

Eleven years owning a number, a bench built out of reps I hired, and a machine that ran without me in the room.

What I bring to a bench

The build, end to end

Recruiting engine, documented sales process, training curriculum, call scoring, six incentive comp plans across five departments I stood up. Not advice about any of it. The actual thing, built and run.

An operating rhythm that holds

Daily forecast, weekly reconciliation, a one-page scoreboard to the owner every morning for six years without a miss. Variance down, swings levelled, forecast holding.

Field economics as managed numbers

Cost per issued lead, cost per hire, cost per rep still standing at ninety days. Most candidates for a revenue seat can't name their cost per hire.

Channel experience on both sides

In-home consumer at scale, and before that CPG and manufacturing through national retail at Coca-Cola and Black & Decker. Sold the retailer, and built the team that sells the homeowner.

Engagement

Structure

Fractional VP of Sales or CRO through GP Advisory, LLC. Fifteen to twenty hours a week, three-month minimum, remote and US-based, on site as the build requires.

Best fit

Owner-led and sponsor-backed companies where revenue depends on a field or inside sales team that has to be recruited, trained and managed by process. Residential home improvement and building products, consumer durables, and manufacturers selling through distribution or national retail.
